How can I get to the hotel from the airport?	The airport offers ground transportation that brings you to the hotel. The rate is $40 pesos per person for a shared mini-bus.
How can I get to the hotel from the first class bus station (ADO)?	We are only 5 blocks from the bus station; you can walk or take a taxi for $35 pesos.
What's for breakfast?	The complimentary breakfast consists of coffee, tea, milk, sweet breads, butter, marmalade, peanut butter and cereal. Served in the main patio between 8 and 9.30 am.
When should I check-in / check-out?	Check in after 2 pm, check out before 12 noon.
Can I make phone calls from the hotel?	Yes, all national long distance calls are free. All international calls are free, to United States, Canada, Spain, France, Italy and the UK (except to mobile numbers). All local calls are also free.
Do you allow pets?	Sorry, we don't accept pets.
Do you have a no smoking policy?	By law it's now forbidden to smoke in enclosed public places. For that reason it's not possible to smoke in the bedrooms, but it's possible in the patio and open-air spaces.
Do you recommend any Spanish Language Schools?	There are various Spanish schools very close to the hotel. For more information you can check ASESEO page.
Cooking Classes?
Do you offer a discount for extended stays?	We welcome long-term stays and also have special student rates. For stays longer than seven nights we offer a 10% discount. Monthly rates available upon request.
Do the room prices include tax?	Yes, our published rates include all taxes.
Do you have Internet?	Wireless broadband internet is available throughout the hotel, and a PC with internet access is also available.
What are the office hours at the front desk?	Office hours are from 8 am to 7 pm.
What is your cancelation policy?	With ten days notice, there is no charge. More details.
